I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. The apartments feel clean and new and bright inside. This is the nicest place I've lived. Including where I'm going next. Management is kind and willing to help. I'm moving out of Orem and am sad to go. It was a very good home to me. I'll miss it.

If you need an apartment in Orem, this is it!! I’ve loved it here and everything is clean and modern! It’s in a secluded area but still really close to everything so you get privacy but also don’t have to go very far to get to the store. Management is amazing! They are so attentive and very personable. I’m moving out because I’m going on a mission but this is definitely the place I’m gonna stay should I ever move back to Orem!! :) Highly recommend!!

I’ve lived here for nearly a year and just renewed my contract! It has been the best experience! Kathryn and Adam are amazing and so easy to work with! They truly care about their tenants. They are so upfront with everything and make sure to go through the contract with you before signing to ensure you understand and are ok with their contract. Pricing is extremely reasonable especially for what you get. Apartment has high ceilings, is clean, nice, and still feels new!! Honestly love everything about this apartment and HIGHLY recommended it. Do not hesitate!
